LNG FILLING STATIONS
The FAS LNG filling stations are designed for the filling of all kinds of road tankers with liquefied natural gas (LNG). A typical filling station includes the following components:
- LNG tank
- Low pressure pump unit
- Saturation vaporizer
- LNG dispenser
- Electrical control box
With the modular design it is possible to adapt the corresponding plant to the required capacity and other customer needs.

The COMBI-filling stations are designed for the filling of vehicles with liquefied natural gas (LNG) as well as with L-CNG (compressed natural gas). A typical FAS COMBI-filling station includes the following components:
- LNG tank
- Low pressure pump unit (LNG-series)
- Saturation vaporizer (LNG-series)
- LNG dispenser (LNG-series)
- High pressure pump unit (L-CNG-series)
- High pressure vaporizer (L-CNG-series)
- High pressure tanks / Block (L-CNG-series)

Our LNG filling stations installed in container are designed for following processes and applications:
- Receipt and storage of LNG
- Increase of LNG pressure from 5 to 8 bar
- Filling of LNG-road tankers
This station is a product assembled at factory ready for connection. It includes all main components for the safe receipt, storage and refuelling process as well an automatic control for all production processes.
Due to the tank design the tank volume is limited to 20 cubic meters. If a higher storage volume is required, an additional tank can be placed and installed outside of container.

The FAS-LNG dispenser is designed for the filling of LNG-vehicles – an option for VOLVO vehicles is available as well.
